2021 Reflections
As we come to the end of 2021, I am filled with gratitude.
This year — because of you #buttahbaes — I celebrated one whole year of being in business.
That’s 365 days of owning my own business! A business that I created to show love to my community 🤎 And you know what? It’s been doing just that.
This year, ButtahBody has loved on + buttah’d over Black 50 bodies — that’s men and women 🥺🤎
We were featured in @voyageatl for our first interview.
Participated in our first pop-up.
And that’s without any team. Any big promo. And all while in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Just hard work, determination + faith 🙏🏾
I will be the first to tell you it has not been all sunshine and rainbows. Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart. There were plenty of days I thought of quitting. Days where I didn’t know what to do next. Where I felt inadequate + inexperienced. But my GOD …🙌🏾😩
This has truly been a learning experience for ya girl. I appreciate each and everyone of you for joining me on this sometimes bumpy ride 🥴 I could not have done this without you #buttahbabes 🤞🏾
You brought jars. Gave jars to your friends and family. Posted. Re-posted. Shared. Became repeat customers. Y’all bragged on ButtahBody 🥺 And I am soulllll thankful.
I can’t wait to expand this business with you. We’ve got new products dropping, in-store locations coming + more! 😁
See y’all in 2022
